What is your favourite part about a wedding?

There’s a moment,  right at the start of the ceremony before the doors at the back of the room open where everything goes still.

There's a collective ripple of excitement that goes through the room and an electric energy that just fills the space with so much love that you can feel it  bouncing off the walls. The music starts, and I get goosebumps in anticipation of what is about to happen.... every. single. time.

What is your top tip for making a wedding run smoothly?

Once you get to the day itself just try and relax and go with the flow. You're in safe hands with your suppliers and they will make sure you are in the right place at the right time and that you look a million dollars.

What do you love about Springbank Manor?

The team are amazing, and will take great care of you and your guests. The venue is so stylish too!  I love that they can be exclusive use so that there is only you and your guests there, so the next morning you can relive the highlights of the night before.

What is one wedding trend you think is here to stay?

Celebrant led ceremonies! Don't settle for a boring, run of the mill ceremony. Hire a celebrant to bring the ceremony to life and create something that's totally you. Go bold, be creative and start your big day with a heartfelt, joyful, happy tear filled half hour bursting at the seams with personality and love.

What makes you different from other suppliers?

They say that if you're doing something you love, you'll never feel like you are doing a day's work, and this could not be truer. I take real pride in what I do and love creating bold, creative, inclusive ceremonies that your guests feel part of.

If you weren't doing this, what else do you think you would be doing?

I've just won North West Celebrant of the year for the third year running so I must be pretty good at what I am doing, so I can't imagine doing anything else but this!
