What is your favourite part about a wedding? 

My favourite part is when the Bride looks in the mirror when hair, makeup are complete and she just got into her dress. She see’s herself for the first time as a Bride, she smiles & she feels so confident, so beautiful and she is excited to walk down the aisle.

What is your top tip for making a wedding run smoothly?

I love a good schedule! Everything runs smoothly with makeup when a schedule is in place. Ensuring there is always someone in my seat is the best thing to ensure everyone gets done on time! 

I create a schedule for all my brides big day and work with any hair team too to ensure that times work for them also.

What do you love about Springbank Manor & The Lawrence? 

I LOVE the welcoming feel to both hotels, working in many many venues over the years it’s the venues who have that welcoming feel with staff that will do anything to help, even as a supplier that’s what makes me remember a venue & I feel very blessed to be a part of the recommended suppliers at both Springbank Manor & The Lawrence

What is one wedding trend you think is here to stay? 

That is such a good question because there are SO many trends that come and go.

 I honestly think the natural, glowy, elegant bridal makeup look is here to stay! As I always say Bridal Makeup should enhance who you are, making you a bridal version of yourself, NOT change what you look like entirely. Luckily, this is what I specialise in!

What makes you different from other suppliers? 

I am a Professionally trained Skin Focused Makeup Artist which means not only am I qualified in Bridal Makeup but I am also qualified in Skin Health. I will ensure your skin is at its most healthiest before applying any makeup products. I feel this is really important not only for the makeup look itself but it also helps to relax the bride in the morning, it makes her feel special with the luxury facial prep & I know it’s appreciated because every Bride comments on it!

My packages also have the option to be a Luxury Bride and include a facial in the run up to your wedding & a lipstick to keep!

If you weren't doing this, what else do you think you would be doing? 

Something with animals. 100%!
