There’s something wonderfully special about a spring wedding, and Lara and Thomas’ wedding at Springbank Manor was the perfect celebration of love, family and togetherness.

After getting married at their church in Edgerton, the couple chose to continue their celebrations at Springbank Manor, creating a relaxed and welcoming setting for their family and friends to enjoy the rest of their special day.

Finding the Perfect Venue

When Lara and Thomas began looking for their wedding venue, they knew they wanted somewhere that felt cosy and welcoming, while still offering plenty of space for their guests. Outdoor space was also high on their list, as well as guest accommodation for those travelling to celebrate with them.

With their church ceremony taking place in Edgerton, the couple focused their venue search across the North West. Having booked their venue approximately two years before their wedding day, they had plenty of time to look forward to their plans coming together.

Blake even made sure that Lara and Thomas were looked after throughout the celebrations. Knowing how busy they would be greeting and spending time with their guests, he made sure they were fed and even brought them some of their evening food so they didn't miss out.

Lara and Thomas chose to style their wedding themselves, creating a look that was both personal and full of colour.

Their theme combined beautiful blue tones with bright sunflowers, bringing a cheerful spring feel to their celebrations. The result was a wedding that felt personal to them and perfectly suited to the season.

With so many beautiful details throughout the day, Lara and Thomas also had plenty of opportunities to capture special memories with their photographer, Neil Hornby.

The driveway and front of Springbank Manor provided a particularly lovely backdrop for photographs, showcasing the venue and giving the couple some beautiful portraits to treasure.

And as evening arrived, the celebrations continued outside with a magical sparkler photograph — the perfect way to capture the fun and romance of the evening.
